I�ll provide you with the DVLA�s fleet guide. Just as with personal licenses, there is a medical minimum, however, that is not weight restricted. I�d say that as long as the horn doesn�t blow every time you go around a curve, you should be safe. And of course, you meet all the other minimum standards.

Further to Fr Bill's post - I'd imagine they're advised to refrain from eating too many Yorkie Bars too!
As long as your belly doesnt obstruct the steering wheel you should be okay lol
