I am suffering really bad with hayfever this year - Itchy throat, sneezing, runny nose and itchy, streaming, swollen eyes. I seem to have most of the symptoms under control but my eyes are still really swollen, both eyelids in particular. Do you have any remedies or tips to reduce this swelling, only I am getting fed up with looking like one of those goggle eyed goldfish....! Thanks. x

Try putting a little bit of vaseline on your eyelashes.
This will probably sound a bit odd - but I find it helps!
Have you tried soothing eye baths followed by resting for a bit slices of cucumber on your eyes?
Whatever you do, dont touch them! Use makeup for sensitive eyes, and keep two used tea bags in the fridge to soothe them for 5 minutes in the morning
Just wanted to add - that the vaseline helps stop the pollen getting into your eyes in the first place - therefore less swelling...
That was probably obvious :-)
