How would you let someone know if you wasn't interested in them?
Would you be honest and just come out with it or would you ignore them completely?

And- If you are interested in someone, do you send them lots of texts or do you just leave it until they text you?

depends on the situation , but i do believe in being upfront with people , and not leading people on , and letting them know where they stand

I completely agree with that! It bugs me when people lead others on and think they are in with a chance when they really arnt!
