got - Hi, when my son had a graze on his nose, I suggested he put the hairdryer on it for a couple of minutes from a safe distance perhaps once a day after he had washed.
Don't put anything on it. Let it dry and heal naturally.
If it is gooey she may need an antibiotic to kill the germs you cant get - safe bet to stop scarring! Ring NHS Direct for advice about going to doc or not!!
my kids have had cuts and grazez that have become infected with impetago (very gooey and infectious) can only be treat with an antibiotic though. or maybe its taking a while to heal. I personally wouldnt put any dressings or plasters on as this will make it a moist envirement, all i would use is an antiseptic spray!!
