Hi hanabimax,
Dogs and cats normally eat grass to aid their digestion. It makes them sick when they are feeling unwell.
My dog ate it because he liked it.

He also ate it when his tummy was upset as cruella says.

I don't think it has any nutritional value and comes out the other end looking the same as when it went in the front end.
the "grassy ass" is awful , espec. when you have to pull strands out ,can never find a leaf big enough!! :o(
it helps them vomit my dog eats a lot of it in summer and then throws up , its like medicine for a doggy woof woof
Well put Metz, I used to hate trying to 'help' my dog pass grass. I always kept carrier bags in my pocket - very handy things.
