what do you want elastic skin for??
ROFLMFAO @ 4getmenot
how much fun would it be to have elastic skin?
I do have elastic skin :-) ask redcrx. I can pull out the sides of my forehead :-)
I believe Vitamen E is very good for this.
yep, Im pleased to confirm that 4get is a freak.
ah thats must be why I use all vitamin E cosmetics :-)
If you are referring to 'losse skin' after a high weight loss then a combination of healthy eating and exercise will help improve elasticity of your skin.

The human integumentary system (skin) is not a passive layer of tissue that remains stretched out like an empty plastic bag after losing large amounts of bodyweight. Rather, it is a living organ, actively adapting to the body's internal and external environments.

So a healthy regime is the key, and drink plenty of water.

If you are referring to loss of elasticity due to old age, then ditto but maybe with supplmentary surface treatments such as Boots No.7 Protect & Perfect.
Ouch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I've just tried that and it doesnt half hurt.

Hold on? forehead?
Oh, I thought you said foreskin, no wonder it hurts!!!!!
*loose* skin.
john, 4get with a foreskin really would be freaky lol
yer that I cant do. :-) mmmmm, maybe some vitamin E ha ha lol
Why am I thinking that tomatoes are especially good for your skin? I'm sure I've heard that somewhere.
Quite true Champers, they contain lycopene which helps the skin protect itself against UV rays and skin aging.
Lutein apparantly has many benefits for the skin such as increasing skin hydration and skin elasticity. (it's known mainly for decreasing the risk of eye diseases). Lutein can be found naturally in green leafy vegetables, egg yolk and dark coloured fruits.

Proteins are also supposed to be good for maintaining skin elasticity, whilst Vitimins A and C help to increase the strength of skin.
Belive it or not but some supermodels use haemorrhoid cream to get rid of bags under the eyes, it helps tighten the loose skin, which is the opposite answer to the question but I thought I would share that with you.

I'll get my coat!!
Rubber bands !
