Can anyone recommend a dealer in the UK or Ireland who can supply a Piaggio Ape van, suitable for use as (or conversion to) a mobile coffee van?

I know your question is now a few years old (!) but I am thinking about looking into starting up a mobile coffee business. I'm curious to know if you went ahead and took the plunge and, more importantly, how you got on! Are you still trading? Good earnings from it?
