It is possible but highly unlikely. People with immune problems are at an elevated risk of catching it a second time. once you've been infected you are considered immune but a milder infection of chicken pox may be caught which then causes shingles.
Chicken Pox leaves the sufferer with Herpes at some later date.
Herpes is nothing to do with chicken pox! Herpes is the same virus that causes cold sores, which is unrelated to the chicken pox/shingles one

I've had it 3 times. Once as a child and twice in the past 5 years. (I'm 29)
Glad someone mentioned this. I was always under the inpression "Once a chicken, always a chicken" (just made it up) I will be more careful in future.
you can also catch shingles after having chicken pox. they say its not contagious but myself, my neighbour, her sister and her sisters husband all had it within a month so....

anyway its no fun =)
