Hello, I have a hospital app on monday to have stitches removed and now think I may have chicken pox so I need to know, cos I dont want to spread infection. I have just got a cat and he has been deflead an isnt scratching and my other half has no spots/rash. I thought they were flea bites but now I have quite a few and im wondering if I have caught chicken pox from a friends child. They are mostly on one arm and some are like blisters, most are in clusters and are glassy. They itch and are not very sore. I rang my docs and they will see me today but I cannot get to them due to just having surgery , I am due back at work on wednesday and im not sure what to do in terms of my app monday. I have had chicken pox 3 times before which I know is unusall but not impossible - I am wondering if because I have had them so many times if they would be less severe each time hence me not being covered all over? When I rang the docs the nurse said it could be shingles but I dont think they hurt enough to be shingles, my brother had them once and he was really ill - im not.

What do you guys think?, I don't want to ring the nurse to come to the house for my stitches removal and waste her time. Thank you.
