I seriously doubt your friend is autistic.....the symptoms tend to be quite severe and dramatic....check this link for more info http://www.autismuk.com/

Yes, I work with a colleague who exhibits quite odd behaviour, but its just within the bounds of acceptability. I think the boss may have noticed though, which could be difficult. Its an odd thing but I have noticed it in others and almost always males in their 20 & 30s who come from Hull
