You can probably get the stuff on e-bay if you're not overweight enough to do it "officially".

It obviously works but it doesn't sound too healthy.
At 66 per week and not allowed any proper food,It seems a bit extreme.

I know what you mean about the cost, but it covers your food n u cant drink alcohol or go for meals, so it isnt the cost, I just wanted to know whether or not it's really bad for your health or anything like that?? And I solved the underweight bit by wearing loads of layers (and I mean loads!) and I put a big, heavy bike chain around my neck, so that isnt an issue either! Thanks x
After reading your other post you just got rid of a weight around your neck so you`ll be lighter again. Couldn`t eat the cake on this could you lol.

I suppose you may be right, but I also suppose its time for a new chapter...

Thanks for making me smile Pea Pod x
You don't need this sh1t to lose weight fast, that's easy and a lot cheaper, they are charging you 66 perweek for a vitamin suppliment and a glass of some gunge! The whole thing is pointless you may lose a stone in a month but you'll put it back in 5 minutes when you start eating again. Also what you lose will be 80% muscle the body hangs on to it's fat when in starvation mode. Diets make you fat! Only long term lifestyle change can have any effect. Eat less exercise more, there are no short cuts.
