how much shampoo should you use on your hair ?- can using too much shampoo cause any problems with your hair?

It will cause problems if you don't wash it out properly.

It will also cost more money the more you use.
Sorry!! depending on how long your hair is depends on how much to use, i have medium to long hair and i use about a 1 inch circle blob in my hair.
i have been told you should use about as much as the size of a 50 pence piece
I use 2 50p ones
as well as the length of your hair, it depends on the brand, I think. I find Head and Shoulders requires less to be used than the Tesco equivalent. I guess I use a blob between one and two inches. But just experiment - if you use too little your hair will probably feel flat/dirty/greasy more quickly afterwards, and that's a sign to use a bit more next time.
