Does anyone have any idea how much it would cost to post the above from Sussex to the Midlands.
Also different methods of sending ie courier?

If you can get it into a box that you can lift on to the counter at Staples, they will send it for �8.

Or maybe �8.99. Certainly no more than that, and you get a tracking number.

check out the royal mails website. they have all their prices and weights - just weigh the item and add it up.
you could probably use a kitchen or bathroom scale
