Well personal as in I chose to have the operation but my body has decided the reject carbs following the operation

Oh I am spath 13 stone lost since 31st January

Not much - three children are out (one at a party and two are on a school trip that comes back at stupid o'clock) and one is ill. Reminding child will get beans and cheese on toast, himself will do some eggs and I'll have a bacon, stewed applied and melted cheese toastie (sounds vile but is absolutely lush).

Friday, so takeaway freshly caught Fish( Cod, for me...assorted type of fish for family) and chips,
a curry spring roll, and a large pickled onion....go out to seafront around 5:30pm to get it. :-)
