that HGV running out of control down a long hill in Bath Somerset? the D. Mirror states the HGV was on a road with a 6ft limit while his lorry was 8ft 5, the lorry had many defects including the brakes, I can not belive the driver was stupid enough to drive down this road knowing his lorry would be over width, I still think it was brake fade.
