I steam cleaned my bathroom about a week ago and have been suffering with very stiff legs since. I feel like the Tin Man from the Wizard of Oz. Anybody any ideas to "oil" me. Thanks JJCon

You could try some stretching exercises. If you get sore muscles from exercise they tend to be more stiff if you rest them rather than using them again.

I could hardly walk the dog today because of the stiffness.

jennyjoan- I think walking will help- it may hurt a bit at first but it should loosen you up abit
A massage would help too.
not sure about the relevance with the steam cleaning though - we steam clean our kitchen floor every week, with no ill effects :-)
a nice warm bath........
....or a hot shower.

thanks all for your replies - will look up the dog oil as I feel I should be taking some supplement. I did have a fantastic osteopath who gave me good massages even though it was painful with having the fibromyalgia but she has now retired. The massages really helped me so will look that up too.

As factor fiction said piano business poster was banned. JJCon
