Let's start by giving you some (hopefully) useful info about foods rich in calcium
http://www.iofbonehealth.org/calcium-rich-foods
and Vitamin D
http://www.iofbonehealth.org/vitamin-d-0
anyway.

For further nutritional information, see here
http://www.iofbonehealth.org/nutrition
and particularly here

However it's important to remember that exercise is just as important as diet:

prunes are ment to be good, according to a paper I was reading today
Just sit back for a moment.
Do you have a balanced diet without "pushing " any supplements or dietary components?
If the answer is yes.....then you cannot do much better.

So what is the bottom line here? It does appear that taking calcium supplements and deliberately pushing high calcium foods increases risk for death and doesn’t save a person from disabling fractures.

Just my opinion.
