one minute it says he was trying many times to buy weapons and then it changes to he good buy them very quickly

> He repeatedly tried to buy guns in what was suspected as a plot to carry out a mass-casualty attack in the UK <

> He has a number of associates in London ‘in connection with the attempted purchase of firearms’ and officials say that he would be able to quickly buy weapons.
Is it human right to be allowed to slay the infidel?
It is very simple.

If there is any evidence the allegations are true take them to court and lock them up.

If there is no evidence then they should not be named and should be released.

Locking people up for years without a trial is the kind of thing the Argentinian Junta did. Itis very costly as well.
Yes, I sleep easily in my bed at night. If he is a terror suspect, gather sufficient evidence to convict him, and along the way hoover up a few more deluded fools too. And then deport them or lock them up.

Or find new evidence with which to renew the T-PIM.

Or monitor them and perform a "hard stop" after they have purchased some guns. If you have a manpower shortage, get recruiting!

Thus their human rights are assured, and our society, and our human rights, are protected. Win -win all around ;)

Some good points, why is it our politicians don't take note?
No need for curfews or tagging if we put him infront of a jury and they send him to jail.

Locking him up for months or years does not make us safer if he is actually innocent.

We need to find out as quickly as possible so we can either deal with him, or he can get on with his life.

All this faffing does not make us safe.
faffing about or not, the security services must know surely, but haven't absolute proof, let's hope that he doesn't walk free then get on public transport and stick a bomb on it.
Emmie,

Fortunately, in this country, we need proof before we lock people up. If there is no proof they are free. It's a good system which we have had for 150 years. Locking peopl up without trial is for North Korea not England.
let us hope he is not a terrorist then, because i don't fancy walking into another bombing.
