What idea if things you have in mind to play to yourself?
Doubtful..you're more likely to be confused and irritable through lack of sleep!

is it just me who misread this question?
woofy......LOL.....no, I did as well........LOL
It is possible, you would need to have the audio volume low enough to allow you to sleep though.

there is a lot of research to 'prove' that subliminal training does work well. It was used in the visual advertising sector for a long time.
Oooh, had to read that twice lol.
Must be an age thing Sqad
LOL...or dirty minds......
You all have filthy minds ;-)

Go and bleach your brains this instant.
I'm tempted to say 'what a knob'.....could this is be the answer to the question?
Is that a new doll Honey??
Not being able to sleep is not really anything to do with 'strength of mind'.
learning a bit more about relaxation and letting go will help.
Sqad....the very idea that anyone who trained in the NHS and married a sailor could have a dirty mind.......
btw, the related questions are a bit worrying!
What about listening to Paul McKenna CD's whilst you sleep?
I'm sure he'll have one for a stronger/more focused mind. He's got one for everything else! :-)

P.S Who's the new doll?
Have you tried cold showers and wearing open gloves in bed?
i listen to comedy and all sorts when im sleeping - you get used to it

i did also try some subliminals and some open 'hypnosis' ones.

the subliminals where nature sounds or music - but i found the music annoying
i also found the voice of the guy that did some of the others annoying

really stupid petty thing, but it made me 'notice' every time - which i couldn't help and defeats the purpose

it was simply that his very first word was 'welcome' but his accent made pronounce it oddly - sort of 'ULcome' ...
