Hi sorry for the not niceness of this but for the last 2-3 weeks I have noticed that my excrement is a bit softer than usual. Usually it is pretty hard and when it comes out it is long enough to break off into the bowl and after just some softer variety small bits. But now it comes off runny in thin little bits kind of like slug sizes.
I have really noticed because before when I looked down at the bowl after I had opened my bowels I saw a floating log with little bits but recently when I look down I see a pile of slug sized soft bits of poo in a pile. I always put toilet paper into the bowl to prevent as much splash back as possible.
Anyway I have tried eating lots of fibre i.e. bran flakes and always eat raw salads for lunch. I dont really eat meat.
I have currently moved to north spain and in my 30's.
Is this something to worry about as I remember the advert about pooh on the radio.

It's probably all the bran you are eating which is making the poo soft - and also the change of water with moving from the UK to Spain.

Have you registered with the Spanish doctor yet?
Wow - that was far too descriptive . . . . .
Post doesn't quite match up with his/her name!!

No I havent registered with a doctor and I have been here for 3 months. I have only started eating bran the last few days to see if it works. It usually makes it really hard actually but this time absolutely no different
It's a very detailed question for a first post - welcome to AB, honeydip....

TMI, even for me.....
Relax, it's just poo. As long as it hasn't got blood in it, don't stress. Change of residence, intake of more fibre.
Does Christopher Robin know that Pooh is being advertised on the radio?
