Just back from my first Pilates session. It was a very intensive workout for me as I am pretty stiff in my movement, however, it was really good. Anyone else doing it?

No, but I've often wondered about it. It sounds good.

It was for 1 hour and we didn't stop to catch our breaths! There were a few of the exercises that I struggled with as I am not supple, but I will be going again next week!
I do Pilates, Callanetics and yoga every week, I love it. Keep going tenrec, it's fantastic x
