Yes better low than raised - think its a tiny bit low but as long as you don't get dizzy spells its good!

Mine is 110/60 and for me that is normal - same every time it's taken
It's not too low for me and neither is it too high - just perfect

Assuming that you are not taking any medication and accepting that you have given just one BP reading then i would say it was normal.
