I use the No7 one at them moment and it is ok, stops my nose becoming so shiny but its nearly £11 and I would love to find something cheaper. Does anyone know of anything else?

This will be difficult to answer because most people are very picky about their foundations, I know I am. I have used Max Factor Lasting Performance for years but that is a similar price. I did recently buy the new Maybelline Dream Satin Liquid though (about £7 ??) and really like it. You need to go and look at the cheaper brands - Maybelline, Rimmel etc - and see if there's anything you fancy.

Thanks, I didn't make it very clear actually its not foundation but a base that you apply before this to help with oily skin.
sorry tigwig, I wondered after I posted if that's what you meant. I know superdrug do a base (like a primer) that minimizes oil that I have bought a couple of times but can't remember if it's their own brand or not but it was quite good and cheap.

Thanks I will have a look.
Benefit Doctor Feelgood is amazing but more expensive rather than cheaper, sorry!
Smashbox primer is excellent.
