Totally ecstatic....I know having a really good motivation helps more than anything but all of a sudden it doesn't seem hard not to stuff my face all the time

New job is good. Lots to remember and take in. I have never worked at a place with people who try to look after their staff so much. I am pretty sure this was the best move to make, I am sure I am going to keep enjoying it.

I have only been there for a couple of days but so far it seems great. I have a good variety of work and I work and different sites also - so it keeps me busy and interested. It's good good good so far =)

how much are you hoping to lose?

i could do with some tips on losing a bit, can i ask what kind of food/meals are you having?
what differences have you made food wise?
i know youre doing alot of exercise a day arent you, is that toning you up nicely?

I got weighed today and I think that I will have to start a diet. But if I go on a diet so do the fat feline thugs.

Maybe we could have a wee corner of AB for our diet meetings. ;-)
