Face packs

Right ladies
The sun is out the sky is blue and it may very well hot up a bit a bit soon which means less slap. .This winter has taken it's toll on my skin and in spite of exfoliating ,cleansing and whatnot it looks dingy to me .
I don't expect miracles at my age but just need something to brighten my skin a bit and make it look a bit fresher .Do any of you use face packs on a regular basis and if so what can you recommend .

Ooh snap woofy, I couldn't sleep last night either, it sounded like the whole world was awake, there was lots of moving about into the wee small hours...they were probably all celebrating Derby's win :o). Mind you I had nodded off a couple of times downstairs so I think that had taken the edge off the tiredness. I can always have a bit of a zizz this afternoon when it all catches up, the weather's crip & I doubt I'll be doing anything much.

Morning all. I was well away last night then I was awoken by some banging I thought it was next door and when I tried to get in the bathroom this morning I had to struggle to get the door open as my shower curtain rail had fallen down. So sorry Neighbours!!

A bit dull and damp today but quite warm for the time of the year.

Sorry to hear you didn't sleep well Woofy hope you get a better night tonight. As long as you don't have a long sleep during the day which can give you another sleepless night I've found.

Mwahahaha! over the hats links. Even though I like the look I doubt I would ever wear one.

now jno that is a classy hat....wish my neck was that long. My sleeping is all over the shop right now because of the fireworks. I am watching a lot of late night tv.
I had to turn down an invitation to dinner tonight because i can't leave the dogs after dark. Happily the friends understand. They have a dog themselves but theirs doesn't care about fireworks.

Afternoon all ....
I didn't have a good night last night either ,must be something in the water. I was up at seven but of course it was really six .
We had fireworks going off last night too which didn't help.
I love these cloche hats but can't find one to suit .It needs to be black or chocolate brown and not too dressy .

Jude you should get your money back .We got double dipped on our DD for the house insurance recently .I phoned them and they apologised profusely and said it was a data entry error and refunded it straight away .
Picky got done on his credit card for a large amount of money once .Luckily the bank were on the ball and contacted him .He got the money back .I hope you get a result .
Quite mild here today but dull .

Hahaa....I did an avatar with gravatar for Halloween .Gawd knows where it went .I got the poppy instead . I'll have another go .Bit early for the poppy .

Ah, that's better. Been out for lunch and had a fideua paella, absolutley gorgeous it was, had a bottle of wine and am slightly squiffey!

Managed to put my Shower Rail thingy up. Hope it doesn't fall down again while I'm in it.
