I agree neither. The moment you expose yourself to Ultraviolet light, you are sustaining permanant, irreversible skin damage.
Your skin will not only be susceptible to skin cancer, but it will age and wrinkle alot quicker and before long, you will look like a wrinkled, dried out old prune.
If you want a tan, it's better to use fake tanning products or go for professional spray tans.
