... have you had moments where you've had to stop and take a few big breaths before deciding if you were too scared to do it?

For me, it was being taken on a pillion ride round a motorcycle race track. Once we were going round, it was exhillarating and fab, but waiting to go? ...

... completely sh*tting myself.

yes but I then think oh do it it cant kill you, but then again... I went on this sky surfer thing in faliraki once, I had to keep leaving the queue to go for a wee every 2 mins.

Oh just remembered .
In my youth i spent a season working for a travelling funfair on the dodgems , good allround experience .
Anyway when in tarbert loch fyne its traditional to throw the new starts into the harbour from the top of the lorry roof.
Well as it was my virgin season i was to be thrown in.
Unfortunately my inability to swim didnt carry any weight with the rest of the guys.
So i thought i may as well beat them to it , stubborn git eh ? , and jumped in myself.
2of them , including my brother had to jump in and help me , as i shot to the bottom .
Funny thing is ,afterwards they told me they werent gonna really chuck me in .
Why not?
Well because i couldnt swim !!!!

I was drunk? Can that be an excuse? for the free t-shirt? I dont know looked fun, but basically when you're up there you have to pull cord yourself and thats the terrifying bit. or if you're on about cold pool sally apparently good for blood circulation.
