Im a 15 year old girl and my hips and thighs are huge! Is there anyway to make them smaller?

So you're saying you look especially feminine and attractive- yet you want to make them look less feminine and attractive. How many girls do you think there are that beg to have shapely womanly hips- and you have been blessed with them- but don't want them!!
I have the same problem but dont let it get you down. Why dont you do a little exercise to tone your legs and bum? Im the same age as you and thats what i do, it takes a little while but if you really dont like the way you are you wouldnt mind waiting! I DONT! lol
When I was younger, I used to pray for bigger hips as I could never find a pair of jeans/trousers to fit properly. I'm sure you look nowhere near as bad as you imagine.
Some practical advice: Join a gym, concentrate on cardio-vascular exercises such as cross-training, running and the stepper (anything that gets your heartrate going, while the exercising your lower half). Instead of increasing the resistance of the machines (e.g. making the cross-trainer heavier and hence harder to do) try increasing your speed as this is supposed to help with the inches rather than tone up what you have. Of course speak to an instructor at the gym for more info.

Very importantly: if you're prone to gain weight on your hips and thighs, know that these will be the last to go.. but go they will if you keep at it and eat sensibly.

Nataliejane, I too have big thighs but no hip so I look like a bit of an odd ball. My thighs are large because I did gymnastics for 11 years and they were muscular but now at 28 they are not muscular but still large. I exercise 2-3 days a week and my thighs have reduced by 3" on each leg so hope that encourages you. Although I will say that you are given a shape and as much as you can manipulate it, you'll never have slim thighs something that I have had to live with too - Good luck with it doll and don't let it get you down, you're only 15 and don't want to be worrying about the shape of your body at such a young age, your body will change a lot more by the time to get to my age xx
I personly find that coating the offencing areas in the finest russian caviar and wrapping in cling film, prior to sitting in the green house for 4-6 hours (I have heard that 12 hours is more effective). Hope this helps....
eat less fatty foods, excercise a lot and youll soon see a difference.
