best epilator

I need a new epilator, can anyone advise on the best one for fine hair

i own a babylis one i got from boots with a detachable ice pack. cant remember the name of it right not but will get bk on that. the new silk epil is also good

thx for that, i had looked at the babylis but it was out of stock , my current one is a silk epil but i struggle a bit with underarms
