Has anyone tried these capsules they are 100% rosehip and are supposed to be good for arthritis, I've been taking them for three weeks now, they haven't helped yet, just wondered if they take longer to take effect or if they are rubbish. They are expensive 20 quid for 120.

If you have fine hair and also have arthritis, have you a thiroid problem too? i only ask because if you havn't been tested for it maybe it would be an idea
there is a y in thyroid sorry
if they haven't worked by now then they're probably no good. try for a couple more weeks and then see. some herbal remedies are just not good enough for physical health problems, especially if it is acute. you are better off drinking the rosehip steeped in water, sweetened with honey-find it in your local health shop. it'll probably be stronger too.
I suffer with arthritis and have tried no end of these supplements .These sort of remedies don't kick in straight away and you have to take them long term to feel any benefit ..if at all.Of all the stuff I have tried I have had the best results from Glucosamine but
even that is no miracle cure.If like me you have osteoarthritis then the synovial fluid in the joints is wearing away and there is no cure....you can only stave it off by the following
Keep moving in spite of the pain.
Take gentle regular exercise
Eat sensibly .
Drink plenty of water.
My rheumatoloist told me that if they could find a cure for arthritis people would be queueing round the block.
My husband has recently started taking Litozin to help with his osteoarthritis and is already feeling a reduction in the pain level and is now having pain free night's sleep, which he hasn't had for ages. I'd say stick with it but maybe not all remedies suit everyone?
I am on the third month taking Litozin capsules. My problem is arthritic knees. I have been taking Glucosamin for six years and when I read about Litozin in the Telegraph I thought I would give it a go. The improvement is slight but it took about six months for me to get some relief with glucosomin, so I am prepared to give Litozin six months. Incidentally you can get Litozin for under 15 on the internet if you buy 3. But I have also been taking Acerola Cherry Liquid, a tablespoon a day. This is very high in Vit C and breaks down Uric Acid which is a big problem in arthritic joints. Hope this helps and would welcome other peoples views.
Recently, in the middle of June, my arthritis (both hips, both knees) became so bad that I had to start using a stick to get about. Early in July, I came across an article in the paper about the benefits of Litozin for about 85 per cent of people taking the substance. I began a course of LitoZin on July 5th.
For the first two weeks and four days, my symptoms got progressively worse and I reasoned that I was probably among the 15 percent of users who do not benefit from the use of LitoZin. I lost hope that it was having any benefit for me, otherwise, I reasoned, it would at least have stopped the symptoms getting worse even if it had not yet started reducing them. Nevertheless, I decided to persist with the experiment just to satisfy myself that there was definitely no benefit for me in using LitoZin.
At two weeks and five days, I noticed my symptoms were less than the previous day. Since then, each day, the symptoms have progressively diminished so that today, three weeks and four days into the experiment, I would rate my symptoms at less than 70 percent of what they were at two weeks and four days. Today, for the first time I was able to walk up and down stairs at the rate of one step per stair instead of two steps per stair. Also, I was able to walk with much longer strides, albeit still with the aid of a stick. Also, in the house, I was able to move about without the aid of a stick without too much discomfort.
Conclusion: LitoZin seems to be very beneficial on the evidence so far, but, I concede, it is still early in the experiment. However, I am very hopeful of being able to dispense with the use of a stick within the next few days, and even of losing all my symptoms. This is possible: I have read that some people have severe ostoarthritis but do not display any symptoms. I am hoping that LitoZin makes that a possibility for me. Avogadro

PS to my earlier blog.
In that earlier blog, I said that the severity of my symptoms had decreased to less than 70 per cent of what they were a week ago. On reflection, this was an exaggeration and I would put the improvement at about 30 per cent. However, each day brings a small improvement over the previous day; but only time will tell if the improvement continues.
A week ago, I was feeling very gloomy at the prospect of an ever-worsening condition. Now, I am feeling very hopeful of an ever-improving condition. Avogadro.
