Sun Cream

As a single traveller at times there is no one available to put sun cream on my back. Has anyone found anything inanimate that gets to the middle of ones back?

Hi...you know those things for scrubbing your back in the bath? A sort of length of toweling with straps to hold...I use one of those for sun screening my back.

I often holiday on my own and understand the problem. I 'think' I can reach the middle of my back but at the end of the day I often find I have missed a patch. The glowing red bit between my shoulder blades is a clue to where I haven't reached!

Spray on suntan lotions do minimise the problem.

Eccles - why do you holiday on your own - genuinely I find that very sad - I couldn't do it in a million years - I would be crying on holiday and wanting home. Do you not have friends to go with you.

I sometimes holiday on my own too and I use aerosol suntan lotion. I seem to manage to get it in all the right places lol.

I like to holiday on my own! I take myself off with a big pile of books and relax in the sun, in the evenings I take myself off to a bar and/or restaurant and chat or not to people. Suits me fine.
