For young looking skin/face:

Do face exercises.

tips:

open your mouth wide, as wide as possible. Stretch those face muscles. relax. Make a big smile. say EEE, oooooh, aaaaaah, eeeehh, uhh. (this will stretch and exercise your face muscles) Make kissy lips and relax. Look up, tense your face muscles, look down and relax.

For clear complexion and soft skin:

Wash face 3 times a day. If that is not possible, wash your face in the morning and before you go to bed.

tips:

when washing your face, make alot of bubbles with soap in your hand.
bubbles are soft on the skin and are very effective in taking the dirt out of your skin pores. softly apply bubbles to your face. Dont rub or scrub. Face skin is very delicate. use only your ring finger on both hands to touch your skin. ring finger is the weakest finger in your hand. So it applies the least pressure. Go in circular motion.

rinse with warm water, then very COLD water. When rincing. Only the water should touch your face. your hands should barely touch your face.

tap dry with gauze. not with a towel. towels are too rough for the skin.

apply serum to the face using ring fingers. then apply your moisturizer the same way. :)

you should treat your skin to some skin care at least once a week. use collagen masks, moisturizing masks, etc.

Drink lots of water, eat healthy

love your skin, treat it like a baby.

Then your skin will reward you, looking young, bright and clear ! you will be the envy of others!

Does rubbing the inside of a banana skin on your face help as well?
Have you ever tried the bunch-of-fives-in-the-kisser treatment?
Will it work for me I'm 87 ?

WR.
I've just finished reading your first two posts, you're eating far too much red meat and bananas, i'd stick to spam if I was you.
Best think for my young looking face is for someone to sit on it.
Guys!!! Just do the exercises. I'm having fun imagining you all with the bubbles and ring fingers. :-)

This'll scare you Baldric.......my nick-name through my teens was Bubbles. I'm not going to say why though. :-)

You okay Dave????
I agree with the water/serum etc... BUT... I've always been wary of facial exercises, as I'm always worried about laughter lines forming around the mouth.
Also, did you know that (slightly off subject, but still related) taking off eye make-up can cause premature ageing. Apparently, all the rubbing around that delicate area can cause the elasticity to break down and cause sagging!
My body's a temple. OK, crumbling I know.

haha lol, I dont think I am being taken seriously. I got this information from a korean tv show about skin care. The guest was a Japanese grandma with almost child-like skin. She gave these tips. I have tried these myself. I wanted to share this information to the public.

oh, and please read my other posts. (banana diet) and (First date. HELP!)
and give your opinions.

to factor30: I have no idea if rubbing a banana skin on your face will help. I never tried that.
I agree with everything but wont opening the mouth wide and stretching the face cause lines and wrinkles over time (I am no expert but it came to mind)??

to Bluestone:

You are right! :)
you can have my opinion now,

How about opening ones mouth and inserting a banana would that work?
I use a lot of expression when I talk and as a result I beleive this has caused "expression" lines I have frown marks and lines around my mouth and a couple round my eyes. I look after my self, moisturise etc.... and I am not yet 30.
Sounds like a bit too much effort to me really.

You're gona tell me I should also quit smoking and start eating green food next.
Washing my face makes my feathers go all mushy.
Apparently a daily Facial will do wonders for the skin...
