Trouble remembering romance novel name and author

A while ago a read a romance novel and loved it. Want to tell someone else about it but cant remember the name and author or many of the detials. I do remember that the main male character was latin and had rescued the girl, they were going to get married and she found wedding material that had tigers in it. And at the end of the novel when he was leaving she was chasing after the plane and thought he left but it turned out he was still there waiting for her! Hopefully someone can help me!!! Thanks!
