I read Hope And Help For Your Nerves by Doctor Claire Weeks while I suffered from panic attacks and it was one of the most helpful things I have ever read. I can honestly say since reading her book I have not had a panic attack in over two years.
"Allen Carr's Easy way to stop Smoking" helped my husband a lot when he decided to give up in January. (Still not smoking so it must have helped)
it depends what you want help with doesn't it?
