Hard to say what the demand is in New Zealand, this is a UK site, I'm not sure if anyone could tell you. Have you had them valued?

Had it valued for insurance 30 years ago! There is a huge South African immigration to NZ so the market is here :-) Thought this was an international site?? Hey - thanks for responding

primarily Brits, chesterwin - I would counsel one of the art auction house sites and you may have one in Auckland or Wellington...some do operate internationally but most are for a fee. Local ones tend to give you an estimate and can start the process withn -mail and photos

are they pen and ink or etchings - big difference. His paintings retail around £4k (RS45000) etchings for one tenth of that. The framing, unless antique, is virtual zero in value.,

Right - the frame isn't any value - just came that way - and thescenes themselves are larger than A4 page size - hachured black ink work
