Pink just isn't me!
In the address bar between the question number and the .html you need to manually put -2 for page 2, -3 for page 3 etc.

Example…http://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/Answerbank-Suggestions/Question804577-2.html
takes you to page 2 of the question in suggestion.

Talk about a step backwards!
In your browser's address space add "-2" (hyphen 2) to the URL
e.g. this is http://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/ChatterBank/Question804595.html
when it has a second page of answers there will be a page
http://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/ChatterBank/Question804595-2.html
Have answerbank changed their layout or is there a problem? Its awful at the moment, can't work it out.
I am permanently logged in on Firefox, bu tried to log in on IE in case it works better there.

However it won't let me log in.

It might be because I am already logged in elsewhere, or perhaps it just isn't working.
Having been away for a couple of days and seeing the "new" AB for the first time, I was about to pose the same question. Now I have seen that it not my ignorance or ineptitude preventing me from getting to Page 2, instead I would ask these questions:

Why sod about with something that worked perfectly well, was obviously familiar to all its users and was in need of no such upgrade?

If indeed such an "upgrade" was seen necessary, why launch it without ensuring that one of the most fundamental functions is in working order?

And why cannot you now preview an answer before you post it?

Upgrade? Downgrade more like!!
Worked perfectly well New Judge?

The old one was like an old Skoda.
But an old Skoda would get you there and back. Admittedly not perhaps in the style and comfort you may like, and not with as much street cred. But it would get you there and back.

This new model does not. At least not yet it does not and it should not have been rolled out until it works properly. You don’t test your prototype on your customers.
I 've just brought up aload of questions from 2001!!!! - doh
