Any fans of this series out there? A film is on the cards of next year with Kathrine Heigl as Steph, what d'ya think?

I love the Stephanie Plum books - especially Grandma. Not sure about a film though as I usually find them disappointing if I've enjoyed the book.

I know what you mean, the first offering for the Steph part was Reece Witherspoon, what a no no. I will watch the film, I'll feel compelled to, just waiting for my turn with the librarys copy of sixteen, think I'm about number 2 on the list so not long, can't wait.

I have not read all the Plum books but enjoy them. I will see anything Daniel Sanjuta is in though. I once saw him in a play where he was naked on stage! (OK, I am being juvenile here-but who cares? He was naked I tell you, NAKED!)

I would not think they are suitable for a twelve year old if you are likely to be shocked by sexual content, because there is quite a lot. They books are extremely funny and very good but perhaps a bit old for you.
