Am I Sadistic, No, but I would sure think twice about getting that across my @rse or my back things are getting way out of control out there, the police do their jobs only to be Insulted by the Knob heads that dish out the penalties

A good punishment, yes! but it will never deter anybody, if these people thought they were going to get caught they would never do the crime.
The death penalty in the states doesn't work so I'm sure beating somebody with a stick isn't going to worry anybody.

We used to execute people, transport them to the colonies, hang, draw and quarter them but Victorian cities were apallingly crime ridden.

There is enough deterant - you need to improve detection rates

Violence against the person 42%
Rape and serious sexual offences 29%
fraud 27%
Theft 20%
Criminal damage 12%
Burglary 16%


The police do their job? really?

Get those detection rates above 50% and you'll do more good than thrashing people with sticks

Went out for lunch yesterday and there was a play area for kids .My grandson makes friends easy and he was playing with this lad and all of a sudden this lad about 7 smacked my grandson right across the face for nothing. Now thats where the birch should start. They would think twice about doing it again
