still cant answer

another week and still cant answer questions cleared out my cache like you said ---now what asked this last week and havent had a reply, am on microsoft windows xp help please

I use IE8 and couldn't post questions either but The solution that worked for me was to log out of Answerbank then clear all cookies/record of sites visited etc. This may be what you ahve tried but have you cleared everything? On IE8 use Tools, Internet Options, Delete, then tick all the relevant boxes (temp internet files, cookies, history, etc) and press...

I'm on Windows XP with no (well not many) problems.......are you using IE8...

If you're using IE8...few problems on there still, so try downloading Firefox
......very little problems on their browser....have sent you link in case you dont already have it!

Then when you next try to go into AB you'll be asked to sign in. Should work fine then. Have another go.
Have you tried the suggestion in my answer above?
Or you could register a new name and start from scratch.

hurrah hurrah can now answer questions ,firefox has done the trick was me not doing it right yesterday thanks millions for everyones help
