finding deleted messages

hi all,
This may be a strange one but here goes,
My friend thinks her parnter is up to something, he deletes all his email and myspace messages ( which is actullay not unusal for him he has always done it) is there a way to retrive the deleted messages (there not in the trash bin) just to see what he is up to, she knows his email and myspace password.
