Isn't that what the "contact us" thingy is for?

I think there should be a button, as on other similar sites that says "Report Inapproptiate post" where you don't have to explain where it is etc, you just click and it is reported

I agree 5029, the "contact" button is a wee bit small anyway. And that would be the most straightforward option.
