I have sent emails to AB Tech team on two occasions, but have never received a response - Have you ever had a reply or is it just a waste of time? thanks

Yeah, ive had emails from Ed in the past, one of them was sent by her (him?) out the blue too and without sounding like the teachers pet here it was a really nice email regarding a post I made regarding a difficult time in my family.

I'll bet ED is delighted to hear from you leg end, each and every every interminable endless time.

At our last committe meeting we had a postit printed to stick on all the AB phones, reads, "If it's leg end, humour him, stick your feet up, pick your nose, and just say yes occasionally. When he finally rings off (can take hours), scratch your bum, go outside and fart loudly". Natch we all hoped it helped.

yes toby, i had some trouble on here with my username and ed was great on that occasion with some lovely e mails, also a little while ago i had to mail about something else and again i got a really nice mail back.
i think at the moment, there is a lot going on at AB towers with all the techy stuff which might be why the mails arent getting a response.

They have always responded to my request and questions. I have no complains what-so-ever about them addressing personal emails. Cheers AB Ed/Team!
