I am interested in setting up my own t-shirt printing company, i am just wondering what would be the easiest way to get blank t-shirts where i can get my own brand printed on the tags, and would it be illegal to buy lots of blank t-shirts, just to print and sell on?

There is nothing illegal in buying blank t shirts to print and sell on.

It is the copyright of the print designs you should be concerned with. Without the permission of the copyright holder you cannot use ANY copyright design.

Fine to use your own designs though.
