dear ab team, how about an automatic 1 day ban for anyon who has more than, say 5 posts moved or reported? i wonder if this would stop people willfully making my blood boil when they know they are in the wrong section! or willfully being abusive (actually i doubt it would)
alternitively, could you give me banning powers for 24 hours pleeeeease :-)

I bet it was you who removed neos footie Qs from here. If you were to read posts below you would see that we cant used Sports section as it is broke.....but as long as you are alright and happy and your blood is cool ...thats all that matters
This would be silly and very discriminating as the reporting procedure is out of control. AB would soon be reduced to a self selected few.
totally unworkable bednobs seeing as some people like to report just because they dont like the poster or their opinions differ! We've all seen that. Way too many mulitple usernames for it to be fair. Some folk would never get back on here!

I only press the report button if questions are obviously in the wrong category - that's what it's there for & it may help the poster receive more answers - hopefully.

However, I'm sure there are some AB'ers who don't like others for whatever reason & probably report out of spite.

Sad!
