I want to know if there's a site, or a program, that can make shimmering text avatars - I don't know what else to call them, but they're like the ones used on Neopets. I know you can use a GIF animator, and I have one, but I need to know the font, font size, and how to make it shimmer, so I can make my own. Thanks!
