I would have done this on the threads themselves but it was some time ago now and I think the threads will no longer be looked at.

I didn't get chance at the time because i was away working.

so thank you all - it was a bit hectic but we got it all done in the end.

and sorry for doing 'chat'.

oh, it all worked out well in the end, but i was saddled with a team of reluctant and incompetent assistants who wanted a film credit but didn't want to actually have to do any work for it, and who didn't seem to understand what their job actually was, so it was a bit tiring and stressful, trying to run a department.

the art director had blagged his way into the position and it turned out it was his first job!!

they were more trouble than help as i ended up having to redo things or watch them do it to prevent mistakes, so i may as well have done it myself.

oh well it was their first time on a professional shoot, so i shouldn't be too surprised - its a real false economy getting low paid inexperienced crew in.

but as i say all went well in the end, we got all the props we needed and the rest of the crew and cast were great, really nice people.

I have been told it looks great so far.

thanks again for your help

when can we see it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
