Is there anyone who could tell me how I paste the link for one of my files/picture into my question/ answer?

if the photo is somewhere on the internet already, highlight the URL - the address line, usually starting www at the top of the page somewhere, and click control+c. Then when you've started a post, click control+v and it will be copied into the post.

If you want to link to one of the photos on your computer at home, you'll have to put it on to an internet picture hosting site such as Image Shack first - http://www.imageshack.us/ - then follow the instructions above

You can also use www.tinypic.com

If I'm copying an image from the Internet, I right click on the address bar at the top of the page - highlighting it, press copy, go to the AB page you want it to appear on, right click again, press paste & return.
