May I suggest the above to be included in your list of Topics? Argubly, questions about railways/transport could be posted under history. I disagree. It is a specialist subject in it's own right, and given it's own Topic listing, it would attract the expertese that the questioner needs.

i would imagine specialists have many sites dedicated just to it already
