Contacting Amazon

I need to return a damaged item to Amazon.co.uk, but I can't use their returns section with my screen reader, so does anyone know of an email I can use or failing that, a phone number - I would prefer an email, then I can write down my details etc, rather than try and remember them over the phone. Ta Muchly...the item was bought from Amazon, not from another seller, which is usually easier to deal with; sorry, bad grammar!

Woodelf is saying, they're unsure where the email will get sent to. Woodelf would like to email the returns department but i'm unsure how amazons email system works.

Yes, it looks like a phone is what is has to be Woodelf to start with at least - sorry for muddying the waters.

scroll down to the bottom of the main page and click on help....scroll down again and click on need more help....click on this and one of the options that pops up is contact us, click on that and you will get a list of your orders, pick the order and an option ands scroll down again to three buttons that are email, phone, and chat.

PS if you shop on amazon, its worth saving this info, its a booger to find again if you forget it!

Hi Woof, I'm sorry to say that I tried what you suggest and it didn't work, I couldn't get the links to work - well, they weren't there, not as links, just words and as I kept going round in circles (my usual state...smile) I had to use the phone after all, but it wasn't as bad as I thought and the person was very helpful, but slightly wrong with email contents, but another person responded with another email and all was sorted out - and in the end, I didn't have to return the damaged item after all, after all that!...so I can't groan, well I can, but I won't, just go and lie down in a dark room! Ta Muchly again All and Woof!

I have just tried to cancel a music sub I never ordered
