stop answerbank notifying me by email of replys?

i know its somewhere but how do i stop answerbank notifying me by email of replys- actually ive looked at a previous answer in http://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/Internet-and-Technology/Q uestion42879.html
and i dont have the stop email function,( i am using msn.com) however i was surprised when i clicked on the emails that they had not been updated in " my profile" and were questions i was not looking at as the last replies in "my profiles" were incorrectly out of date
